This super cute video is relatively old, but I just rediscovered it after browsing Garance Dore's blog. She takes you behind the scenes of traveling abroad and fashion shows. It also features one of my favorite fashion editors, Giovanna Battaglia. Oh, how I admire Garance and Scott Schuman! Fashion power couple to the max!

She calls herself the tomboy in heels and is a beautiful assistant at Teen Vogue. I love her style, a combination of prep and masculinity (with heels, of course). And what a lovely trench coat!

J Shoes

On my search for the perfect ankle boot, I came upon these at a local shoe boutique. Although I love the beautiful tan pair, I whined that they didn't come in black. After extensive research on the internet (5 minutes on Google), I discovered the black pair at their website, J Shoes. They have many beautiful, well-made shoes. I love the combination of suede and leather on these in particular.

Double Denim

Typically I find denim on denim done in a tacky way, a la Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake in the 90's (you know what God-awful getup I'm talking about). But as proved by Chloe in their S/S 2010 collection, it can be done right and tastefully.
